The weekly practice sessions are intended for people who have an established mindfulness practice and wish to develop their practice further.
Simply let thoughts rise and fall of their own accord and be at one with your breath. The session also covers interpersonal mindfulness, which applies to person-to-person communications, situations that can be accompanied by stress, anxiety, or other difficult emotions.
